The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. This disturbance affected my sleep. The towels had visible wear, with frayed edges, which I found substandard. I expected better quality considering the price. The absence of a mini-fridge was inconvenient for storing drinks.

i found the staff lovely and always helpful, asking for more towels was no problem! the beds were super comfy and the room got cleaned every single day. its central location made getting around easy for the price i paid, how awesome is that!
the bedroom was super basic, and i wished for a full length mirror to get ready since i traveled with friends!

I found the location fantastic. I could easily walk to the main attractions. The bus stop to the airport was also very close (just a five-minute walk!). The staff were very friendly and helpful, which i appreciated after a long day. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.
The room was a little too basic for the price. Maybe i expected a little more. The frosted glass shower and toilet cubicle was rather small. It was not the most comfortable setup, especially when sharing the room.

The location was really convenient, putting me within easy reach of many attractions. The staff were helpful and always available when I needed assistance. The room had daily room service.
The basement room I stayed in felt a bit dark. There wasn't much natural light. The TV was mounted too high on the wall. It made watching it uncomfortable, as I had to crane my neck.
